苏州莱士输血器材有限公司是由一九八六年创办的苏州奇天输血技术有限公司（原吴江双花医用塑料厂）与上海市血液中心、美国稀有抗体抗原公司于一九九二年合资成立的。企业占地面积25000平方米。是国家食品药品监督管理局批准生产一次性使用塑料血袋和转移袋、一次性使用输血器的专业生产企业。一次性使用塑料血袋内含血液抗凝药获国家药品监督管理局ＧＭＰ认证。一次性使用塑料血袋获CE、EN ISO 9001：2008、EN ISO 13485＋AC：2007认证。是苏州市明星企业、苏州市重合同守信用企业、苏州市计量合格确认单位、吴江市文明单位、吴江市文明纳税单位、吴江市安全文明单位、吴江市劳动关系和谐企业、绿化达省标单位。
     企业拥有一批制药、化学、高分子、机械、电力等专业中高级技术人员。企业具有ＰＶＣ造粒、注塑、制膜、热合、制水、配药、灌装、灭茵等一条龙专业生产设备。企业共有净化车间二座，共二千六百多平方；质量保证中心（中心化验室）一座，三百五十平方，具有所生产产品全项目检测设备和检测能力。

Suzhou Laishi Transfusion Equipment Co.,Ltd is a Joint Venture Corporation that is established in 1992, it has three partners, the one is Suzhou Qitian Transfusion Technology Co.,Ltd (Original Wujiang Shuanghua Medicinal Plastic Plant) that is established in 1986, the one is Shanghai City Blood Center, the joint Venture Corporation covers on area of 25000m2. It is approved to manufacture one-offblood bag and transfer bag, one-off transfusion equipment one-off blood filtering equipment and one-offsampling blood equipment by national medicine and food intendance management office. Disposable plastic blood bags have been CE, EN ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 13485 + AC: 2007 Certification.The anti-clotting medicine content of blood in one-off plastic blood bag gains GMP authentication. The Corporation is a Star Enterprise, is a Complying Credit Standing Unit in performing contract, also is a Eligble Unit for batching in Suzhou City, and it also is Civilization,Ratepaying and Safety Unit in Wujiang City.
